"My wife and I visited this location for our 4-year anniversary and the experience that we had beyond our expectations to say the least! except the rose that my wife was presented on the picture they offered to take us to remember our special night of free champagne. the fleming potatoes were the best kartoffels we ever had in the restaurant! you have to try. the lava cake? omg, from scratch and so rewarding! it was immaculate! Unfortunately, our steaks were not cooked to perfection, but the waitress kate immediately got their manager kimberly to solve the problem, kimberly apologised sincerely for the experience and made sure that we were completely bypassed. we fucked! the best customer service we have ever received at any steakhouse. we will definitely return to flemmings for future occasions! thank you!"

"Very good food and a great view of the marina. Fast, friendly service. We ate here 3 times during our stay at Sandestin. Very dog friendly. The waitress brought water for our dog and told us of a few items on the doggie menu. When we were done eating we were able to walk the dock and see all the beautiful boats. Will definitely come here again!"
