"Everything was amazing, from the service to the reasonable prices. Jen was awesome and makes a mean vodka martini! We celebrate our anniversary and special events there and have never had a bad meal or unsatisfactory experience. It is more reasonably priced than other fine...dining establishments in town, and the food is better. Great menu selection."

"Walking up Queen St, we found Lotus Thai. The wonderful aroma of Thai food drew us in. We tried two versions of Pad Thai, the mango salad, and an eggplant dish. All were good, arrived promptly, washed down with jasmine tea. The service was attentive,...prices reasonable."

"The Soo could use a good Tapas place and this one has potential, but it falls short. Regular menu is somewhat limited so we tried most of it. Everything is nicely seasoned but food quality could be better. The roasted asparagus with prosciutto was very good. The shrimp were tasty but very tiny. The steak bites were okay. The mushrooms tasted canned. The scampi were unpeeled. The calamari was quite rubbery. We are not beer drinkers but overheard a larger group griping about limited selection. Wine selection is also limited but good, although they only had a single bottle of what we chose. We liked being offered a taste before committing to a bottle. The service is friendly but they only accept cash and referred customers to an ATM up the street - not really acceptable these days."

"No baked potatoes left at a steak house? The signature dish was terrible, need to fire the chef there!!!! Lobster tail was way over cooked, was like eating saw dust was so overcooked, and the steak was still mooing, bloody and cold in middle, far from medium rare, even after redirecting was still very rare! Signature dishes where unacceptable! and no baked potatoes left at a steak house, !!!!"

"When you spend. $140+ on food for 4 people you would expect good or at least decent food. Not the case here. My wife and I ordered takeout for us and her parents. I’m not going into details but it wasn’t good at all. Sauces tasted very similar to a certain jarred sauce. We ate in last time and it was good this take out was horrible. We won’t be back after this. Shame on you for serving us this stuff."

"Great place, big room!! What a beautiful place and space in the Quattro Vinotecca. I was in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario this year. The purpose of this visit was a business dinner with people from work and a customer. What an amazing time we had, the food was amazing, the service was top Notch and everyone enjoyed the food and the ambience. I would say that would also be a great place for a romantic dinner, as we saw many couples there during our weekly visit. During this night visit I had a very fresh Greek salad, a fillet mignon medium rarely served with grilled mushrooms, and the side of penne with homemade pasta and finished with a beautifully presented espresso and biscotti. All in all a good meal, the salad was excellent and not overdressing, my fillet was boiled to a perfect medium wheel, and another guest said that his rib eye was incredibly good. (See Pic). If you're ever in Sault Ste. Marie, this place is a must!!!"

"We had lunch. Two burgers and Salmon Burger. Burgers were charbroiled to the point of being crispy. Too crunchy for me with overpowering taste of the grill. Salmon Burger was VERY strong flavour. Service was pretty good and very accommodating. Very nice venue. Disappointed because we had heard very nice things. Probably won't be back."
