"Lol. I love that this is below, as fish and chips take away on google. I could smell the sweet smell. it gets busy, so they expect a wait. we arrived at 15 o'clock on a Saturday and stood on a table within minutes and had a mix of different fried fish and garnel. the marinated fish was really nice, must have been pickled something before the roast, try well. beer and wine also served."

"Horrible experience. Loooong waiting time and sarcastic comments from the only servent in the restaurant at peak dinner time. I am vegan, and I was happy when they gave me the vegan menu but was served a tasteless ‘paella’ in a normal plate with no protein and when I asked for protein they looked at me strange, no mushrooms or chickpeas, they said they didn’t have it. Didn’t offer to make the situation better and left with out a word or an apology. When in the end we said that they could look to improve their knowledge on vegan food they ironically responded that everyone else like it but us... not an apology even once. So we ended up paying 15€ for undercooked rice with tomatoes and carrots. Don’t be fooled by the michelin recommendation."

"We were staying at the Grand Melia Colon and had the pleasure to dine at El Burladero three evenings during our stay. We are from New York and are not very easy to impress with food but this restaurant surprised us like no other. It is hands down one of the best restaurants we’ve ever eaten at anywhere in the world. Everything we tried was amazing but we couldn’t get enough of the octopus and the calamari the most. The staff are also very kind, helpful, and accommodating. I am extremely happy that we got to experience El Burladero and now can’t wait to come back to Seville to be able to eat there again."
