"It was the first time that I and hubby were in the restaurant and it won't be the last. we had an absolutely fantastic time to celebrate our high season. the staff was beautiful and very friendly. eating was amazing, I missed on the duck, but I went for the black medallions with black pudding that was delicious. my hubby had the sea bass with risotto that he enjoyed. many thanks for a wonderful night x"

"Each time I come here I am delighted with the quality of the food and the genial staff. We went for a stroll along the coast and popped in on spec to see if there was any availability, fortunately for us it was between lunch and tea so there were a few spots available. We shared oysters for a starter and though the wider menu was incredibly tempting, we stuck to the old fav's one haddock and one cod and chips. I had the curry sauce to embellish this further, I must state the flavours of everything we ate without additions were superb, the extras took it to another dimension. Well Done Colmans, another great meal."

"I've been there twice. The first time the food was much better. The piccata was pasty and the carpaccio was dry and tasteless. And it was over $70 for just me with 2 glasses of wine. There are a lot of better restaurants for that kind of money. But the view....lovely."
