"My husband and I were there to our 35-year anniversary on the 4th. December 2017 to celebrate. Our meal was delicious, our waitress was great. Very attentive not excessive. We were treated with chocolate covered strawberries with a happy anniversary written on the plate. After we had returned our ck with a glass of Chapagne for us. We felt very special. We have been back several times for other reasons and have never been missed."

"Love this restaurant in Evergreen Walk. Great vibe, food, cocktails, service and easy parking. What more could you ask for. I've been here many times over the years for dinner and lunch. The food is consistently, good, and made with fresh ingredients. Today I ate here for lunch and found the quality remains very good. Sadly, the prices are way up, but I'm finding that everywhere these days. The fish tacos were amazing with great toppings and a nice mild kick to the sauce. It was accompanied by a fresh cucumber salad. Very nice. My friend got the quinoa bowl full of fresh vegetables and a generous portion."

"I have awarded 5 stars because of the pulsating staff of the restaurant, the mouth-water menu and the massive margaritas (which always meet the place! Every visit was a new experience in all the best ways! The staff was always fast and friendly and my food (together with every other visit is always great! However, some days the food is EXTRA good! With that said, Mexicali is a fun, family-friendly restaurant that can double as the next night-out location!"
