"This place is totally ridiculous. I ordered the filet medium and it came back RARE. They threw my steak back on the grill! Cut it to check temp and reserved it!!! For $35!!! They were out of everything we ordered to begin with so that's why I ordered the filet. The service was excellent and the manager actually comped our dinner but we didn't go to Carraba's for free food. We went there for good food. They served my wife free Carmel Pecan ice cream for her birthday. Overall, after the comped meal, front of house was good but the kitchen and management needs some serious attention."

"Called to reserve for 25 ppl for my bday. Got there by 7:30 reservation. Sat us down and only had 1 server for 25 of us. Not his fault. Ordered drinks and didnt get them till 45 minutes later. Ordered food and got it also 45 minutes later. My wife had to ask the manager to help our waiter as he was by himself. He was very polite and patient with all of us. So got there at 7:30 and by the time we got served and ate, it was passed 9:30....food is great but dissapointed that they were not prepared for our big party and didnot appologize for the loonngg wait....again not waiters fault he was great...?"

"Our waitress was amazing she was very quick and happy. We had to send our popcorn shrimp back because it was hot on the outside still cold on the inside they called the chef over *crystal* and all she said was ouch I burned my finger. Very loud so everyone could hear. I'm glad you only touched the outside of the food and wasn't worried about the food poisoning you would've gave our 2 year old. I will forever avoid this angry crab shack."

"This is an excellent Italian restaurant for fine dining. there are many parking spaces in front of the site mainly on the 23rd street, which has paid to park. the menu is excellent with many homemade meals. we had eaten here a year ago. visit phoenix with our friends of maine. I had the kalbsparmigiana and my wife had kalbsmarsala. delicious. our friends really enjoyed their Italian meals. the restaurant belongs to the owners who are in front of the place and take care of their satisfaction of the restaurant there. maria, owner was professional, gracious and very understanding about a small problem with our waiter wedi. they and I discussed it privately and professionally; replaced us with another waiter. maria was great and reduced our bill. fantastic. I really knew how everything was treated. highly recommended"
