"Normally you wouldn't choose a Sicilian restaurant in Turin, home to many other Piedmontese and international gems. But this city had experimentation and excellence in its dna, and culinary makes no exception. The menu is essential: 5 or 6 starters, a few pasta, 1 risotto, and few fish dishes. Everything is prepared with attention, presented and served with care. Special mentions goes to pasta con le sarde, a Sicilian classic, this execution has no trace of tomato and abundance of amonds (and nuts? : the result is a real pleasure. Deserts is another strength of the menu, here the advice is to go, again, with the classics, misto siciliano. Enjoy the zibibbo that the host will offer to you, to complete this Sicilian experience.
