"Best restaurant in Knysna, must visit if you are up to deliciously crafted food. Ambience, service and dishes are absolutely devine. Baked Brie in filo pastry, and scallops starters fantastic! Main courses prepared fresh from scratch and balanced so well with sauces and accompanied sides that creates sensational taste. We had Norvegian salmon, duck conf and springbock cooked to perfection by Remy. And more, ....while you waiting for your dish to be prepared, you treated with small deliciously tasted le hors d'oeuvre. We enjoyed our dinner very much, highly recommend for food lovers."

"Food 8/10. The Chefs Special was amazing and well priced. The waffles were dry and burnt with very little chocolate sauce and ice cream. Service 10/10. Super friendly staff and special mention to Ruth who was amazing! Atmosphere 8/10. You're on the harbour and get to see the boats going out. I'd go back anytime and would also recommend them"

"Really cool laid back spot with views of the water. Menu is exactly as the restaurant name says. And that's a good thing. Super oysters and tapas to boot. There was some live music playing which added to the ambiance. Food was take away tapas. Chilli prawns, poppers, mussels, sardines. All fantastic! While waiting for our takeaway food we had oysters. Fresh and delicious! Another one to add to the list of must visit places. Oh, and our waiters were so good. Much respect."
