"I was really hoping to not write a negative review, but really wanted to provide the feedback in person instead. Given that the manager, nor the chef made an appearance at the table after we explained what was wrong to the waiter, I am left with no other option but to write this review.There was six of us there for dinner tonight. Two ordered the pork chop that was severely undercooked. Two ordered the pasta carbonara. The black pepper in the carbonara was overwhelming to the point that it was the only thing you could taste. It 's hard to mess up a carbonara. Lastly, thebolognese was stale. Something about the meat sauce wasn 't right. We provided the feedback to the waiter very kindly and apologetically. In response he said I don 't care. I didn 't cook it. We ended up getting one of the carbonaras comped. It was left on the table untouched. Wish they were a bit more attentive and responsive to feedback and offered a sincere apology for an abysmal dinner."

"5 star rating for our fantastic waitress jaylene. we came up at the height of the weekend dinner rush and yet they had set us fast. typical olive garden food quality, quite good and definitiw fill. the salmon was the best, cooked and seasoned perfect. great experience if we were back from the opposite!"
