"Despite repeating it numerous times, the order, packed for collection, was incorrect. I Unpacked and discovered the incorrect order after getting back home. I called the restaurant. They had no issue with admitting their error, but would not send anyone out with the correct order. Manager believes even if the order given to you is not what you asked for, you should still pay for it, fully. Offered me some wings on my next visit but I shan’t be returning. After years of going here, I’m not anymore. Profits before customer service. will try the other fernandos round the corner."

"We chose the early evening menu and were not disappointed. A good sardine starter followed by sea bass. As it was Wednesday, we were entitled to the government discount but this wasn’t shown on the bill. The server claimed the price in the menu was...already discounted and asked if we had asked for the discounted menu. I said we did when we phoned our reservation and no where did it state that the early evening menu was discounted. Interestingly, this menu is available every weekday early evening at the same price. In the end, she checked with someone and offered us a £10 discount, which I accepted. IMO, the restaurant deserves 4 stars for service and food quality, but let itself down badly by its lack of transparency."

"We've been to this ask a few times and every time was a great experience. I came with a meat eater, but we shared the vegan sides (karbish brot, byalate and bratkartoffeln) and I had the spaghetti al pomodoro without the mozzarella, which was lovely. we also shared the blood orange and chocolate cake. we are coming back to the final."

"Chipwick serve delicious fish, really well cooked with a light batter (or just grilled). Great chips too. The service was friendly and helpful. This is the best chip pie in Worthing for me!"

"Fantastic eating. the staff was polite and the service was exactly as they would expect at a place like food. the waiting period for the main course was much longer than expected, but eating was worth waiting and we were offered free coffees than away to wait for the time. Eating is a place that you need to try when looking for a fine restaurant in the environment of worthing."

"Had a booking for 4 people today at midday. the eating was nice and the portions were so big can definitely recommend the teig balls as an extra they were delicious. we had a mix of items from the menu and everything was perfect. the waiter was really friendly and recommended us dinge without being pushed. the only thing I think is that they should offer for pizzas pizza knives. would definitely return."
