"Cozy, yet open atmosphere. The bar is a perfect place to have a cocktail and enjoy your meal. It's small enough so you get that personalized attention from the experienced staff. The Salmon is amazing! The Blackened Grouper was good, but I'll order it without the sauce on top next time. Our cocktails were perfect, our food was beautifully plated, the staff, attentive and friendly. They have the recipe for continued success here, that's for sure. Looking forward to our next visit. I also have to mention that you can see into the large, modern kitchen; its spotlessly clean!"

"Stopped in completely out of the blue and what an experience! The food was amazing. The espresso martini was the best I've ever had. I would totally recommend this place to everyone. There is no dress code so don't feel afraid to stop in off the street. Parking: There is a lot behind the restaurant and street parking available. "Enjoyed my first visit here. We had fun sampling some of the seasonal shots at the bar while we waited for a table. The Bourbon Meatball appetizer is delicious and the perfect size for a party of 4. I ordered the prime rib with baked potato and Brussels sprouts. The rib was juicy and flavorful and the sprouts delicious, but this is where Major Biddle's initially faltered a little; I ordered the potato plain but it was slathered with something, and the entire meal had gone cold. Not just cooled down, but cold. Our server did take it back to make it right, so all was well in the end, and I enjoyed my leftovers the next day. I'd definitely go back some time"

"Nice food on the water. My husband and I went for lunch. There was quite a lot outside, but only 4-5 tables inside when we arrived, but when leaving the entire restaurant, only a few empty tables had filled inside. We ordered the Climbs with strawberries for a starter and they were perfectly cooked and the spinach, strawberries and balsamicodrizzle were the perfect companion. I ordered the sea bass, a fav of me, and it was so moist, tender and simply amazing with the sweet potato and spinach. My husband had the Ahi Tuna, the perfectly meerte and freshly steamed veggies. The breeze from the water and the setting was so refreshing. The cost of our meals was worth every dollar for the wonderful culinary experience and our waiter was a nice young man (Mike) who was well compensated for for excellent service."
