"The only disappointment at this restaurant was the waitress...she was not particularly friendly or welcoming and we asked a couple of questions, to which she replied I don 't know. No effort to find out and no offer later on to refresh our drinks. We had...to make a point of getting her attention. However, the chef we had was great...put on a good show and cooked everything to our requests. The food was excellent and you get quite a lot so I would not get appetizers when I return....and I will return. We tried quite a variety....steak, both filet and sirloin, chicken, shrimp, scallops and lobster tails. We also had fried rice for the first time in a japanese restaurant...always had steamed rice in the past...and it was very good as well. The miso soup was very good and we all enjoyed the ice cream for dessert, especially the mango ice cream. There were 5 of us and we had the chef to ourselves which was very nice. Another family was opposite us and they also had their own chef."

"I wanted to try out a Korean BBQ place for my birthday dinner, and this place really delivered!The portions were on the small size, but since it's AYCE, you can order as much as you want to (but do avoid wasting food of course!) and there's a great selection. I recommend going on a weekend dinner so you get a larger selection of meat, seafood, and vegetables to grill.The place is clean, the waiters we had were super friendly and frequently came to our table so we had plenty of opportunities to keep our table clear of empty dishes and order drinks or food. The waiter offered halfway through to change the grill for a clean cover since it was getting really greasy and dark, and we (for some reason) turn down the offer. However, a few minutes later, we noticed our meat were poorly grilled due to the grill, so lesson of the story: if the waiter suggests to clean the grill (by exchanging the metal plates), do so and your food will remain tasty!I recommend the lamb and beef, but other meat/seafood were good too. Don't be afraid to order cold dishes like kimchi, they compliment the meal well. All meat were marinated in a delicious sauce!I had a nice birthday experience at the end with a small dessert and a birthday song. I'll come back in the near future for a dinner here for sure! P.S. the place is busy and fairly popular especially on weekends, so to guarantee a spot, make sure to reserve at least 24 hours before, 48 hours if you can. We called the day before, and was almost without a spot since Saturday night was filling up fast. Don't expect a spot if you walk in, especially on a weekend. If you do, you'll have to wait for more than an hour."

"Terrible attitude from the servers.This has been our place to go for AYCE in Mississauga for years, however today was the third straight time that we were attended with the wazoo.I’m not sure if it’s a cultural thing, but the servers, particularly a short lady that seems to be the manager, really know the way to make you feel uncomfortable rude, impatient, throwing plates at your table and not even greeting or saying hi. She has also nagged at me for a malfunctioning iPad or for leaving rice leftovers.We are really tolerant people and we aware that we are all going through tough times, but in the end the food is not for free and I’m not asking for anything out of the normal when it comes to customer service.We won’t come here anymore, there are definitely other places with the same quality of food around town, and with more professional staff.Being a good person costs you nothing you should educate your personnel on a customer oriented philosophy."
