"I ordered the trio and my partner ordered the Pollo rosa Maria. Service was incredibly slow. The trio was cold and burnt. The Pollo Rosa Maria was cold and the chicken was overcooked and dry. We spoke to the wattress, she offered to remake it or take it off our bill. We requested that it get remade. Second trio arrived, also burnt. Second Pollo Rosa Maria arrived, also dry and overcooked. We spoke to the waitress. Her response this is just how we cook it. Our meals weren't edible. We tried to eat a few bites but burnt/overcooked food is terrible. We requested the bill. She brought the bill... Didn't charge us for the trio but charged us for 2 Pollo Rosa Maria's. We never ordered 2, we only ordered 1 and the 1 wasn't edible. We asked why. The waitresses response well you can't get a free meal. We don't expect a free meal but you shouldn't charge a person for 2 of the same meal when the kitchen screwed up, and we only ordered 1. We requested to speak to a manager. The waitress returned. She said your meal is comped. You're free to go, and then walked away. There was no apology. No manager. The waitress was bothered and irritated by our complaints. Terrible service. We were there for 1.5 hours and all we got was awful burnt food. We will not return."

"Fresh, delicious food. I don't like sushi, but the AK-47 was a delicious shrimp spring roll. I ate it all myself, but it would be an ample appetizer for four people. The food is grilled at your table but skilled and entertaining chefs, and the food is hot, fresh and delicious. Fried rice and fresh grilled"

"This place is a good place. They have quite a bit of options. Especially if you like sea food. I wasnt a huge fan of the deserts but my kid loves the fruit. They also do carry out by the pound."

"My mom ordered 24 bundle boxes for Christmas. Website is wrong and very misleading. She ordered 12 couples boxes and was given holiday boxes which were $10 cheaper than the ones she ordered but still paid $60 for them. She ordered 12 breakfast boxes which the website said had 4-1# packages of breakfast sausage and were $55 When we got them they only had 2-1# packages of sausage in them. When she called and questioned the discrepancies she was told the website was probably wrong and would have to be changed but wasn’t offered any kind of refund.We are trying to do more things locally.Sorry we will not be returning customers"

"Staff are all nice, attentive, without being overlaid. The food is always delicious every time I go there. The only thing I would change is the Margarita just a tad sweet, but still very good."
