"I have eaten at George's many times over the years and my experiences over the holidays have prompted me to do a review. George's is one of the few fine dining restaurants in the Shoals and I always consider it a treat to dine at George's. The service, atmosphere and food are always up to a high standard! For appetizers, I would highly recommend the sauteed crab claws! They are buttery and delicious! I also love the seared Ahi Tuna and Greek Meatballs. I absolutely love their French onion soup and the Greek Salad (no anchovies for me. The George's Special Ribeye's is one of my favorites and I also also love the Double Delight- 5 oz. filet and 5 oz. of salmon. They cook over a wood burning grill and it is creates the best flavor! I also love the grilled shrimp and grilled pork chops. Definitely get the Creme Brulé for desert!!"

"The best burritos I had in sheffield. I used to eat here a lot when I was a student, but since I was a bit further away from the center, I didn't come by so often. I'm so sad to see you closing and I wish I had visited this week for a last burrito. all good for you!"

"Damons hasn't changed at all in the 20+ years we've been. Except the prices have gone up. It's family friendly. Staff are generally lovely. The ribs are good. But everything else is decidedly average. Especially considering the prices are steep for what you get. We only come here due to the kids now and then."

"It's kind of in the middle of the upper walkway so you get lots of people walking around you. That's cool and different. I've always felt it's a bit expensive but that might be because I eat a lot lol."
