"Cozy little restaurant located in the heart of Main Street. I came here with my family looking for a brunch spot with outdoor seating. We came across ?The Eating Establishment.? The outside dining wasn?t very big, but it was well decorated and shaded with hanging plants and umbrellas. It made the outdoor area very inviting. Our waiter was Alfredo, and he was awesome!! He made our first sit down eating experience in Salt Lake very welcoming. I could tell that Alfredo loves what he does and his smile says it all. This place offers a variety of brunch items, which is what we were looking for at 1 in the afternoon lol. Best of all they also offer cranberry-and-orange mimosas, which we gladly enjoyed. I ordered the homemade biscuits and gravy, with country potatoes. They were actually pretty good being that I?m picky with biscuits and gravy. The family and I look forward to our next trip to Salt Lake City and we will definitely be looking for Alfredo at The Eating Establishment."

"We recently found this café when we look for a new dinner in Park City. The food here was great and the staff was pleasant and friendly. They have interior and exterior seats that are both great. This visit we wanted to eat outside. If you go and enjoy chocolate then I recommend the chocolate cream broth for dessert. There are many parking spaces behind the building, so don't worry to try to find parking."

"For many years we come every winter to lunch with our family of seven. female waiting staff super...not so much with one of the male waiters that was in this year and last. we tried to smile him and annoy him. a two-year bad job. Of course, others have described this."

"Took 10 minutes to get water and another 10 minutes to get our drink order in even though we were one of three tables in the entire restaurant. Should have known better when we realized it wasn 't busy on a Friday night and a holiday (Easter) weekend. The beet salad had no taste and although I requested the BBQ sauce for the bison burger on the side, of course it was slopped on anyway. I got a sorry when I informed the server, not an offer to bring me another one or take it off of the bill. Knowing I was upset, the server brought me the bill and informed me that she had added a 20% gratuity because I was a party of 6 even though four of my party were kids that ordered from the kid 's menu. Oh yeah, bartender was rude and acted as if she was doing me a favor by taking my drink order. Grand Summit Hotel and Red Tail Grill need an overdue facelift and new management."

"The first table had a lot of food under the table so we moved. The kids pizza was $20 and my daughter said it was disgusting- too much tomato sauce too little cheese! My miso salmon was delicious!"

"I loved the smell of coffee, but I hated the taste. On the rare occasions when I gave him another chance, there had to be plenty of cream and sugar. Then I tried Pink Elephants Sumatra. This coffee has completely changed my mind about drinking coffee. I'm just enjoying black coffee. Crazy, but true. It is deep, rich taste is an incredible joy as it is roaster, Kelley and Mitch. Great people... big coffee!"

"Simply perfect and delicious. Industrial ambiance with a homey feel. It was a joy to come in with my best friend; our server was kind, and caring. The food was excellently tasty; cappuccino was strong and only a little bit milky. We ordered the hot cake, which we couldn't finish but ate the rest later in the day. Sausage with eggs. Avocado with poached eggs. Dishes are modest size, and very filling. a successful business with a valuable product, which is worth the money and time."
