"This Starbucks has gone down hill since reconstruction and getting a seemingly new staff. They always appear disorganized and I?ve waited upwards of 25 minutes for a simple black coffee. I gave 2 stars because the staff are generally friendly and apologetic, which I appreciate, but waiting so long for a drink when you?re on the go is frustrating. I think this Starbucks would benefit from some additional training to boost efficiency, and I do hope they can turn it around!"

"Follow my reviews, you don't want to miss where the newest Starbucks is coming up, but for now let's give our review to the Starbucks on jamacha and East main, My favorite drink to get from Starbucks is my trenta iced coffee with caramel syrup and whole milk, For some reason the last eight times I have got this it's either from the mollison location or the jamacha and East main location which is the branch I am currently reviewing, Every time the coffee has been mixed to perfection, and although sometimes they don't put enough whole milk they're always nice about giving me a little bit on the side to add to my trenta, the other drinks I get are the cookie crumble frappuccino, the caramel frappuccino, and the Java Chip frappuccino which are all excellent drinks! My favorite thing to eat here is the impossible breakfast sandwich which is absolutely flawless! the only thing is I wish they would allow you to add more egg and patties but you might as well just get two sandwiches because this is not McDonald's lol! TRUST ME DO NOT GET THEIR BREAKFAST BURRITO IT IS HORRENDOUS!!! LIKE I SAID THIS ISN'T MCDONALD'S THIS ISN'T A MEXICAN FOOD PLACE SO THEY REALLY SHOULDN'T BE MAKING BURRITOS IT IS JUST ARTIFICIAL EGGS AND VERY SMALL PIECES OF SAUSAGE AND THE TORTILLA ON THE OUTSIDE IS DRY AND CRUMBLES ALL OVER YOUR CAR, IT'S JUST A DISGUSTING BURRITO, But this is Starbucks and they do what Starbucks does best which is coffee and I have no complaints with their coffee thank you for the staff that continues to work their butts off to get us our coffee in a reasonable amount of time, Also a shout out to the Starbucks app which has worked perfectly for me this last month!"

"Went this Thursday 4/20/23 and it was great! The Carmel Chocolate cold brew looked as advertised and was just what I was looking for. I’ve been there 4 times in the past week and the donuts, soft breakfast tacos, croissants and coffees are all great!Paris was working and as all of the employees, she was great, very helpful and she has a great smile!!My wife and I just started going there last week (due to the Dunkin commercials) and just like the other coffee shops, they were very willing to accommodate adding and subtracting to their coffees. I asked for less ice and extra foam and my Carmel Chocolate cold brew was just what I wanted!Great place to have breakfast, lunch or for just a coffee break!"
