"Jargus is located in a small street passere, medium-sized restaurant with its very pleasant and vegan decoration! each dish is put in a jar, there is hot and cold and for all tastes! We have enjoyed ourselves and have had a pleasant time! I recommend if you want to eat home dishes:) the concept is really top and suitable for small budgets!"

"First of all, a really good value/price ratio. success helping, there are 2 services in the evening but the service quite efficient allows to enjoy dinner. the place is pleasant and rather warm, in a quiet street. slate menu that needs to change regularly. everything is of course homemade, including foie gras. dishes worked, cooking fish and perfect meat, and it is finally quite often the case. only 2 people in the open kitchen, so you need to be quick, accurate and effective, which is clearly the case. a table not to be missed during a stay in Nantes, and again, a value for money rarely encountered."

"We've been living north of Nantes for 2 years now and have not been impressed with most of the restaurants we have tried so far. We decided to try Analude - we felt like going out for a meal but didn't really expect too much. Surprise ! From the word go (being greeted by the chef and his wife and seated by the charming waitress) till retrieving our raincoats to battle the elements, everything was perfect. The menu changes each week so you will probably not have the same choice but the chef does post the details on Facebook which is very convenient if like me, you are allergic to any ingredient. We highly recommend this bijou of a restaurant and are looking forward to eating there again.... and again.... and even again!"

"We went here twice on a recent visit to Nantes purely chose it the first time by chance, and went back for the last meal of our stay. There are only tables outside, and it clearly does a lot of take out business as... Deliveroo cyclists turned up to take orders away constantly. The service was fine (maybe first time the waitress was new to the job, but second visit they were very good) and the food, if you like this kind of food, is really enjoyable. None of us can stand the poor excuses for chips we find so often in the UK pale, saggy and pretty unpalatable, whilst often sold as if top of the tree for the area. These frites were cooked in beef dripping (we think) and crisp and brown on the outside. You could have your burger cooked as you wanted and the other dish we had was the Thai chicken, which my wife and daughter both thoroughly enjoyed. There is a choice of fixed price menus which can really offer decent value for the area, although we opted not to take that option on the second visit. La Ripaille says it only uses fresh ingredients, not frozen, and I can believe it. The burger was far better than you would usually get in the UK, and I quite like my UK burgers!! Washed down with Badoit (again, personal taste, but my one of my favourite drinks and definitely favourite sparkling water) and a glass of Leffe, and I would happily go there again if in Nantes"
