"Rang & ordered an apple pie to take to a friends home for dessert. Lucky I did order as they were so busy for Sunday lunch and it was the last one. The pie was enormous! Enough to feed at least 10 people and there were only 3 of us. Well, the pastry, filling of thick apple chunks and overall yummy-ness was amazing! Will definitely visit again!"

"Went here with my partner tonight for date night. Usually the service is very quick, however it took over 30 minutes of waiting for our single fondue before we decided to leave. Personally, we'd like to commend and thank the manager on his efforts this evening, despite how busy and understaffed he clearly was. He served us with enthusiasm, and was very understanding when we asked for a refund."

"Luke warm pies and very ordinary pastry and filling. Called in at lunchtime after a morning spent fishing only to be met with 1 plain mince pie available... hopeful that this meant GOOD pies... purchased the only mince pie and another steak pie. Walked across...to the park opposite, less than 1 minute. Couldn't tell the difference between the pies so broke them in half...ascertained which was which...neither pies was nice, with the filling thick and congealed and as stated above luke warm...not happy."
