"I remember a few years back, I dined at The Chocolate Kiss branch in Bahay ng Alumni. I remember liking the food, so when Father's Day came along, I brought my entire family to the restaurant's newest branch in UP Town Center. At 3pm, I reserved a table for dinner the same night. Hours later, we arrived full of excitement and hunger.<br>

Turns out, a number of the menu items weren't not in stock, most of them being the bestsellers. This is how the night pretty much went: Me: "We'll order the [insert name of dish here]." Staff: "I'm sorry but it's out of stock" or "I'll have to check if it's available." <br>

I also noticed that only some of the wait staff was aware of the situation. It even came to a point where I was the one telling the waiter that they couldn't serve a certain dish. He was recommending a certain dish, so I told him what the other waiter told me - that they didn't have the necessary ingredients (like CHICKEN and PASTA). Ang labo eh. They should have...

"Ordered their Kyoto delight. So not worth it for 250 pesos. The vanilla ice cream tastes like the vanilla ice cream at McDonald's. They add 2 to that 2 scoop of green tea & red bean ice cream, pearls and gelatin. Spend your money for ice cream elsewhere."

"We tried the 1000 grams steak. Our server told us we could choose to season 500g with the usual salt & pepper, and the 500g Southern style. I recommend getting the steak rare/medium-rare since it was served on a hot sizzling plate, and continues cooking."

"We are looking for a place to hangout after dinner so we tried out Tom N' Toms as they have Green Tea Snow Bingsu. It's a small spot with several seats on both inside and outside. They have free WiFi as well The Green Tea Snow Bingsu was good. The red bean went really well with the green tea flavor. The amount of toppings were just right. We also ordered Green Tea Tomcchino and Coffee to finish it up It was a nice experience to hang out to this place. And given that it is a spot, we are surely coming back."

"This shop specializes on meat pies. But since I'm a coffee lover, we've tried their coffee and pastries. I was with big bro Patik-HEM. Their coffees are affordable. For 119 pesos, you can already have a large cup of coffee. We ordered the following:<br>

1. Caramel macchiato (large, 119) - delicious taste but I find it too sweet. Maybe they can improve by lessening the sugar. The serving size is generous already.<br>
<br>
2. Flat white (large, Php 119) - Their flat white is just average. It lacks a little kick of coffee.<br>
<br>
3. Cream cheese bread (sorry I forgot the exact name, it was a bit long) Php 49 - very tasty! I loved the crispy texture outside but soft inside.<br>

4. Apple pie (Php 59) - This is very affordable for the prize. The taste was very good too! It's not sugary so the swetness is juts right. I highly recommend this one.<br>

The crew was very helpful on suggesting what to order. The place is cozy and not crowded so it's a plus for me. By the way they are open 24/7 so...

"This branch will always be memorable to me. This is where my husband (then bestfriend) has our first "unofficial" date. :) So whenever we're around the area, this is where we eat.<br>

Food: We just love the Beef Pepper rice. It's fun to eat, it's like cooking your own meal. It's tender, it's flavorful and the sauces are perfect.<br>

Service: They serve fast, the staff are also friendly and patient in explaining the process.<br>
