"We used to frequent Cactus Cafe since the early 90s. Excellent food, friendly staff, fun atmosphere, good prices. We recently visited and were very disappointed. We didn't feel welcome, staff were brusque. I love reggaeton but the music was deafening. We asked if it could be turned down a little, which it was but then turned back up. The new menu is completely different and very limited. It also doesn't match their online menu. My daughter's quesadilla was half the size it used to be (same price). I ordered a Ceasar salad with blackened tuna. It turned out to be a garden salad (wilted iceberg lettuce, some tomato and cucumber, some bland dressing (not Ceasar) and no parmesan/croutons. All in all disappointing and we miss the friendly atmosphere from before."
