"This is the worst dunkin on the east coast. You get my order wrong. Everybody. Single. Time. Last time, my wife ordered a coffee. We were the only ones in the car thru. We're moving up and they're trying to give us a box of Joe and a few Muffins. I just don't understand. Unfortunately, it is the only one who is there, and my wife loves her coffee. Otherwise we would never go back."

"Cozy little downtown coffee shop. It's got a friendly staff, nice selection of brews, tasty treats, and a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. If only the has open mic night or singer songwriter nights, they'd be perfect , but if you don't like open mics, or acoustic performances, it's five out of five."

"This has happened to me nearly every time I 've been to this location: I always order 2 sauce packets with my meal. But when they give me my meal, they only give me one packet of sauce. When I ask for another packet, the employees get oddly defensive and say I have to pay for it (which is fine, it 's only 30 cents, but I already asked for it when I ordered my meal). When I tell them I already ordered it, they say the cashier didn 't ring it up and I 'll have to make another transaction. I ask if they can just give it to me and they so no . I ask if I can just hand them the thirty cents and they say I have to go through a whole transaction at the register. Not a big deal, but really annoying after the fifth or sixth time I 've had to go through this. I tried reminding the cashiers to charge the extra sauce, but they still never rang it up correctly. So now I always order three sauce packets. For some inexplicable reason, they will always ring the order up correctly if I ask for three. I just throw out the extra sauce. So keep that in mind when visiting this location. You can have one packet of sauce or three packets of sauce, but never two. Also, the employees don 't seem to know how to wear a mask. Cover your noses! And stop taking it off to plague-talk. 1/5 sauce distribution, 5/5 tasty burgers, 0/5 Mask wearing"

"I feel like this place will be well beyond five stars based on what I?ve read about it so far ? Can?t wait for the opening!!! Update 11/24/18 Grand opening. Very beautiful and cozy ambiance. Has plenty of seating area and is also family and kid-friendly with a play area. Coffee is delicious and is roasted in-house. Crepes are also yummy; I had a Santa Fe one and it was pretty tasty. Staff is very friendly and although some comments were negative regarding service, this place is very new and we all made some mistakes when we were new at our jobs. This place will only get better with time and most kinks will be resolved, I?m sure of it. I definitely recommend this place because there?s something for everyone on their menu from food to drinks!"

"We were a large party and was seated right away. We were attended well. At about the time we expected our entrees a kitchen Mgr came out and said they were out of the two gluten free dishes. This was one of the reasons we came here. Our waiter Bern learned of the problem then scurried off. About 5 minutes later he came back saying he found the gluten free pasta. He saved the day for two of our party. Over all the food was as authentic NY style as could be. More than I thought SC could offer. Foods great and service too. Recommend highly."

"Great food, atmosphere, and value. Lobster Ravioli, Blackened Chicken Alfredo, and Shrimp Pasta were all amazing. Appetizers, entree, and dessert all in under an hour. First time there, definitely won’t be our last."

"We went last night for the first time and what a positive experience!! Phenomenal customer service makes all the difference even before you buy. CJ was SO professional, friendly and helpful; he patiently described each cupcake in detail as a server would describe offerings at the finest restaurant . The cupcakes didn't disappoint: they were truly gourmet. We just hope CJ is acknowledged for his exceptional assistance, and we can't wait to come back again!! These also would make great gifts."
