"First, my husband posted a 1 star review because we didn't find the cafe at the address on Google Maps about 9 months ago. And months later, the owner responded to the review which was defensive and unprofessional. We're not locals and have little knowledge, so I wish the owner didn't critisize us.Despite the bad feeling, I decided to check this place out because I went to the area today. Although Blue Buffalo, the gift shop, is a nice place, they only sell Blue Giraffe's coffee beans and they don't serve drinks. I was disappointed."

"We have tried coco at other locations, but never the one in forests. the experience was very subdued. eating was good per ordinary, but the service can be better. we were there at 1:30 a.m. for lunch, so there were hardly any customers. still food came without forks n knife. when we came in to check, no one even cost attention or asked if we want something instead of a cool one with eating in my child's hand. in any case they need to improve in customer service / experience."

"Wow. So unexpected. I'm a Cajun food lover and I'm always looking for the good. This place is inconspicuously fucked in the middle of a tiny shopping mall. It looks like a backdrop of 1980, but THE FOOD is LEGIT! We wanted to take it to go, but spent 10 minutes pushing this piping hot quality down because we were on a tight schedule. The online order made it so convenient and was ready in 10 minutes. If you love Cajun, you love spices and you love convenient amazing food that is your place!"

"I love TCBY! Your frozen yogurt is always tasteful and served in generous portions for the price! In addition, their prices are cheaper than the other frozen yogurt shops I have visited, and THEY are waiting for you and repair your yogurt for you: It is not self-serving like the others. Your waffles are delicious and on Wednesday they are HALF PREIS! It's a WIN WIN. I'll go to my treat once a week! They even have unfrozen yogurt that is excellent! I can't say enough great things about this place! Go soon!"

"First from the dame it is so sweet. I asked for a strong but sweet coffee with ice what it was almost to say. although I said how sweet I wanted it. especially because there are no regale with sugar on the side. Anyway, she was nice. Fast-forward a few days later. I worked at the heb. I got my 15 minutes lunch and a drink and asked the man politely if I could please sit down as my feet had pain and the french room over the load is clear. he answers no dieucks coffee is allowed in this area, and to do with don’t y’all a pantry. After I've said I've been hurt. he was very rude and restless. while my whole plan was to buy one of the baked goods they have provided. He just cut me off with the attempt to hear what I tried to say, and I had only 15 minutes off, so I had no time to argue. Okay, let's go to the coffee problem. overprice water coffee down and if he sees that they have a negative comment/review, he goes after them and sees through all the reviews they have ever made and tries to bash you like that. I'm Starbuck's staff now. I guarantee they feel very welcome not only in our shops, but they get what they pay and then some. I don't ask them this day to another day and bless them"
