"Let me start by saying this review is for the managing of this particular Krispy Kreme. It 's not news that the prices of everything has created significant hardships for many. What a nice treat that Krispy Kreme has offered a great discount on Wednesdays thru the end of Aug. I have just returned at 1014pm, empty handed, from our local Krispy Kreme because they decided to close 2 hours early because of staffing issues. I 'm in health-care and definitely understand that... but change your times in Google maps until the issue is resolved!!!! The sign you had posted was well worn so this is obviously not a new issue. I drove many miles, from a nearby town, to surprise my family when they awakened in the morning. This is not ok. Please manage better."

"The staff and hostess were very welcoming and accommodating to our party tonight. There were 13 people in our group and when we arrived they did not hesitate to make arrangements for us on such short notice. We were originally scheduled to eat at Olive Garden but upon our arrival we were told we’d have to share the party room with 2 other parties. Then, after waiting for nearly an hour, we were told we could not be seated in the party room at all. Our waitress Dana was beyond excellent! She was engaged with our party the entire night. She made sure we had no issues and received everything we needed, always keeping a smile on her face. She gave us stellar service. She was the epitome of what a waitress should be. Excellent service tonight!"

"I love Panera Bread but NOT this location. First thing when we walked in and ordered, the lady at the front was very rude and clearly did not want to be there. We ordered a you pick two and she did not ask if we wanted bread or chips with it. It was really just an awkward experience. She was very short. Next, when we got the food, one of our sandwiches was ICE cold. Just think about that for a second, biting into ice cold mac and cheese. So what does one do? They go take it back. When we took it back, the lady behind the counter...I kid you not, told us to MICROWAVE it, and pointed to the microwave. Just awful customer service all around."

"Very bad experience. When we walked in, we were told that they were no longer taking food orders. After we ordered, the person right behind us ordered food and the cashier accepted the order. We waited 25 minutes for muffins we ordered, and the people that ordered behind us got all of their things before us. Never going back!!"

"I was just at Starbucks and the drive through worker was so kind and had such great energy. I think his name was Daniel, but I’m not sure. He was so polite and made my day. It is always such a nice experience coming to this location with great workers like these!"

"We went to the tasting a few nights ago and everything we tried was delicious. My favorite was the caramel cheesecake rolled icecream. The staff was great and the owner is super friendly! We will be back!"

"Usually pretty good. The sandwich was good but I got a club sandwich and they didn’t cut it up which normally a club is because there’s so many layers and have tooth picks to hold it together. The fries were okay. I ended up having to cut it myself. I’ve included before and after of what it should have been. Don’t know if someone was just lazy or didn’t know, but it’s not like we ordered at the busiest time. We even tried to order ahead and they wouldn’t let us."
