"Steinbruch is a fixed choice in yellowknife. Even if they don't live in cheateau nowa, it's worth coming here as they have a great selection of options on the menu. his greatest advantage is that it is exactly where they live. there are limited restaurant options in yellowknife. they will not eat every day in the city, especially when it is cold outside. we tried their 14 unzen rib auge steak and the baby back straps (honey garlic. the steak was really good. the meat is delicate with the delicious sauce. it is just as delicious (or even more as they would expect from other Canadian cities. remember, we are in yellowknife, where eating is hard to come. the back ribs are not bad, but the flesh texture is not as delicate as I expected. the only thing is that I have asked for medium-sized rareness, maybe their definition here is something else, but it has looked better. the steak was still tender and juicy, so it was good. the broth they give, however, was dry and rough, which could use some improvements. as I was impressed by the dinner experience, I came here to taste her continental breakfast. it is buffet style, but nothing too special, in a floor what they would expect for a motel lower end breakfast. so I didn't make any photos. the lighting is quite dim that could depress during the winter. it was also very quiet, it would be nice to have some music. overall it is still a great restaurant and I would definitely come back for the steak."
