"We stopped in here one evening for dinner as it was not so busy. We have been by at lunch time and its packed so beware....it is very popular with the many people that work around the Samara Mall. As others have wrote; it is the concept where there are various stations and you order and wait while they cook it in front of you. All ingredients are fresh and the pasta is made on site. Because it is cooked to order it takes a little more time than perhaps a restaurant that you order from the menu where many of the ingredients are pre-made and simply put together. For the first time in a long time at a pasta restaurant we both were nicely surprised that the pasta was cooked to perfection and the sauces which we watched being made were very very good tasking. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. If your interested in freshly made pasta with quality ingredients then we would highly recommend this restaurant."
