"This was one of our favorite places to eat during 3 weeks in Wales! What a surprise find!!!! The BEST tasting tea, the best food, and amazing desserts. Lemon pots, honey buns, shortbread all to die for! We even bought more to take with us. The owner probably thought we were nuts exclaiming how good something as simple as tea could be, but we had such a lovely time there for lunch, she needs to know how much we loved her place and that we think of it often."

"Some good options in an incredibly sweet business. Just look for random closures that we drove over 1.5 hours to come here to two occasions, just to find a sign on the door that they are closed and do sorry for the inconvenience."

"Indescribably the best coffee house in which I was! seriously tasteful and smooth excellent coffee! also delicious fresh food made to order...what more could they ask. gavin and its beautiful family offer a warm and welcoming service. yugen coffee house is a must to visit! highly recommended!"

"Been here lots of times in the past while out walking. Different owners and different standard of care. We called in today after a long walk and looking forward to our usual coffee. Although still serving people food at their tables, when I asked if we could just have 2 coffees the answer was a resounding NO we are closed. It was 3.50pm. We would have been happy with a take out coffee but again the answer was no. Obviously the people who were still eating would have been there longer than 10 minutes and I understand they didn't want to take food orders but would it really have been that much trouble to make 2 coffees. In g Future we will give our custom to the Prince Llewellyn in Beddgellert who even when really busy greet their customers with a warm welcome and great service. Caffi Gwynant only opens 4 days a week and you would think they would be glad of the custom. Obviously not!"

"This café is in a beautiful setting with the trains puffing into the station as we sat outside. We had two cappuccinos which were very nice but the cups were only half filled. Please take this on board."
