"Best coffee in Oxford! For espresso coffees they have a House and a Guest coffee, with tasting notes to help you decide. I usually go for a flat white and they all taste delicious a great balance of flavour. Also they have quite a large seating area inside and out, so great for takeaway or “dine in”."

"I must admit that everyone who gave him a five star rating was right. fried ravioli is delicious and the thin crust pizza is to die. the only problem that I had was that my pizza seemed a little piece of plastic of a kind not sure what it was. I have the fact that I ordered and 15 minutes later my order arrived. I will definitely order again, but just wanted to know that with the problem, I think this place is rocking! I wish I could give him a 5-star rating."

"This place is fine, it really isn't anything special. The coffee was okay but the hot chocolate was luke warm and definitely not that tasty, if not pretty underpowered. Interior is also fine, furniture is old and tired, pretty uncomfortable. The location is good but better places around."

"It’s a bit more than the pub it appears outside with a large dining room to the side of the lobby area. There’s plenty of normal pub seating and tables in the other section, with booths offering more privacy. A group of us went for a late lunch and fortunately didn’t take long for them to prepare a table. The choice of the food menu is alright with three roast meets available on the Sunday. Portion sizes were good on the whole but the bacon and blue burger was a little lacking on the blue cheese sauce. The chips were ok. The waitress was rather blunt and with the drinks brought a jug of water, but no glasses to serve it. Fortunately she checked whether we needed any sauces with the food and offered more gravy with the roasts since it was a little lacking. There’s big promises made with the roasts outside but no one felt it lived up to such great expectations but was ok still. The decor is nice and has a good traditional feel and it’s a great central location. The toilets were clean enough which was nice."

"Very cheap coffee and cake (only 10 p for vegetable milk, yay and £2,50 for any type of cake. large discs and vegan options. we had the carrot cake – the frosting is not too sweet, the cake is a little dry even though we had the endbit! is it important that cafe cakes are just a bit stale? the personal is in order and is not safe (not sure whether it is a conscious decision). there is a cute, though naked garden on the back where it is easy to enjoy the talks of people while they have their own with a significant other. use the advantage of this last autumn month before it is a little too cool to sit outside for so long."
