"Torn between giving a 3 or 4 star but ultimately giving a 3 star. Stirfry, our waiter was absolutely hysterical and made our entire night. The food was delicious and overall it was fun. However, we were not given our salads when we ordered entrees (it comes with salad) and we had to wait 45 minutes for them to take our entree order because there was only 1 chef. We then were left in the restaurant for almost 45 minutes after closing because our waiter never came to check on us. All our drinks were empty and we had been ready to go since closing and then when giving our cards they took forever to get back. They were literally putting chairs up on the tables all around us while we just sat there wondering what we were supposed to do and where our waiter was. Stirfry said he loved having us and liked having us as company and didn’t want us to leave which is why he took so long. Last time I came the service was excellent but the time before that I also had a couple issues and the food was not as good. I also came for my birthday in 2021 where I was very impressed with all except the noodles. So it really depends on the chef and therefore because of the inconsistency of how it will be when I go, that’s the reasoning for my 3 stars."

"I can't be enthusiastic enough about my experience here. My partner and I chose Jay's as our rehearsal dinner spot, and Richard was amazing in getting everything lined up with no issues, in spite of having to deal with my poor communication and long response time for questions. The food was amazing, the drinks were great, and the staff was wonderful. It's also a lovely atmosphere; we were in a private dining room, and the main restaurant dining area looked great as well. Multiple guests told me that they thought it was the best rehearsal dinner they'd attended, and though I'm obviously biased as the groom, I definitely agree. We had a lovely experience and I'd highly recommend Jay's Bistro to anyone who asks. Thanks again, Richard, if you see this!"

"If they don't want to eat sugar, they should stay away from this assessment. never knew that cake could be so good without the cream and all the additional icing. that's a must for everyone who likes sweetness. they have cakes that are delicious, and they are soft and damp in the center. Just perfect as a cake should be. someone just gave us the first and since we were there. never was disappointed and they have amazing aromes. someone who is not a huge chocolate fan even liked that. lemon is my fav, last time they had pumped and edible, which was as amazing."

"The waitstaff was great, beyond that, Mother's Day brunch was a total bust. Took over an hour to get our food and the soup was barely warm, the chicken and waffles were over cooked and dry. The toast was missing key ingredients and the Kale salad had no hearts of palm nor basil. Our waitress was attentive but was taking care of the dining area by herself and mixing our drinks. While the place is new, these are rookie mistakes. The chef has a lot of work to do to straighten out the kitchen and food situation and management needs to staff their shifts appropriately. We left totally disappointed."
