"This restaurant serves the best dumplings I have probably have ever had. The food was to die for but unfortunately The restaurant is poorly ventilated and when we walked out, we smelled like our dinner for days after that. It may be an uber eats...situation next time! But really really enjoyed the food!"

"Picked up a 7' chocolate cake yesterday. It was delicious. Everyone loved it. Unlike store bought chocolate cakes that look like chocolate but lack the chocolate flavour this cake tastes like chocolate. Excellent service and price. Can't wait for my next celebration so we can enjoy another of your cakes!!!!"

"My friend was recommended this place, so we thought we’d start our night here. What an amazing experience from the moment we walked in we were greeted and accommodated considering how busy it was. I really like the atmosphere, the colours, the wood the warmth and design. The service was next level the best recommendations, drinks made on the spot according to what we were feeling. The bartenders knowledge and service was fantastic. The food was truly amazing the dumplings were the of the night, we ordered more than a couple orders. I definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Halifax!"

"Lady there did not want to put veggies on my wrap. If you said tomatoes please she put one or two in a wrap. Asked for olives she said she was not able to put on wrap so I asked for 2 small containers of olives for the wrap and the lady was going to charge me 4 dollars for olives!!! Not a nice experience will definitely visit a different location next time."

"From the warm welcome to the great "home made" dishes, we just loved our experience at the Lemon Tree. We were in town for a day and randomly stopped at the beautiful and intriguing location. We were welcomed by the owner and before we even decided to eat there, she was offering us some cold lemonade in beautiful pewter mugs. We decided to have lunch and enjoyed it immensely! We had starters of Hummus and Muhumara. As entrees, I had the Mixed Kebab Grill and my wife had the Mezze combination. We enjoyed it all."

"I went for breakfast. Cheap food and very slow. After I paid and waited for my food, I watched many people come and order and go. I checked in with staff to ensure they hadn’t forgotten about my order and they rudely told me I never ordered. I told the man working there I had ordered with him 20 minutes ago and paid. I don’t think the rudeness was needed for someone who politely stood there waiting their time. They continued serving customer who came after me and eventually got around to my meal. No one apologized for this service. Will not go back."

"Xander and the staff provided the best decorations, atmosphere and most attentive and thoughtful service for our post-wedding dinner. It was a night to remember and it all came down to Resto Urban Dining. Thank-you very much for your caring service. The food: big servings and delicious and worth every penny. Glad I got the seafood chowder and salmon entree."
