"I brought home some long overdue Beef Bulgogi today from Yong’s at the farmers market. As soon as he handed me the bag I knew I made the right choice. The smell was wonderful. It was sweet and savoury. Bulgogi is a pretty simple dish consisting of thinly sliced marinated steak, onions, and this one has carrot, and sesame seeds. You would never guess this is made here at what appears to be a very casual burger and sausage sandwich shop so go ahead and try it. Yong’s is the hidden gem of the farmers market. If you don’t mind spending half what you will at a sit down Korean restaurant then this is a no brainer! I’ll post some better pics next time as I had already ripped open the bag and started eating this before thinking I better shoot now before I eat too much of my subject."
