"The best Korean food. No complaints only I wish y'all were open later but I understand. This place is a hidden gem so consider yourself lucky if you ever get to try them. I recommend the chicken box with extra mandu. Their mandu is the best and the only place that has all beef."

"Wanted to try something different , went around 3pm on a Friday, with my daughter and uncle, definitely recommend , crab shack has something for all age groups! Definitely recommend the hush puppies and enjoyed the crabcake sandwich with slaw! Anna was our waitress, she's very attentive and nice!"

"When you walk in it smells like heaven! You’re greeted warmly by the professional staff. They have a large assortment of desserts but do not be upset if something is out of stock this place is very popular. The best days to come are on Thursday and Friday. When LaShonda (the owner) competed on the Food Network one of the judges said it was the best carrot cake they ever had. I had to try it for myself and i totally agree!!! It was so moist and creamy it’s become an instant favorite. Everything there is delicious."

"Excellent food, very friendly owner. You can randomly choose everything from the menu here and do not go wrong. I did, and I wasn't disappointed. If you are unfamiliar with this type of kitchen, you can also ask the owner who will help you make an excellent choice. I was very pleased that when the food was brought out, he informed us about where our court came in the world/region, and those involved in the preparation. This enabled me to appreciate it so much more. After dinner I was able to talk to the owner about our global travels and discovered that our eyes have seen many of the same landscapes that few people see in some very remote parts of the world. I encourage you to travel less in global cuisine and come here."

"Convenient to the hotel I was staying in— only a 3 min walk. Little hard to find until I realized it was inside the Liz Moore building (entrance faces the SunTrust bldg). Enjoyed the grilled ham, brie, and apple sandwich with a fresh side salad with feta, cranberries and almonds. I also purchased a loaf of of pumpkin bread to take home and Momo’s Mama was right— it is fantastic! Will definitely stop in here again when in town."

"Listen, the food was great. I gave the service a three because I asked for gluten free bread, but they gave me regular bread. I know this because I got violently ill afterwards and projectile vomited. So if you can’t eat gluten just be careful eating here lol. Spent $20 to ruin my own night. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5"

"My husband and I lived in the Newport News area for 17 years.Since we've moved, I have not found a deli like this,what I would call it a true deli.The pickles were the best,and they had this sandwich callled The Amy that was my favorite.My husband loved the corned beef or pastrami. I never had a bad experience with food or service. I truly miss this deli."
