"We were a party of 2, early on a Wednesday evening. We were greeted in an odd manner. The server/host had a weird reaction where he fussed about how we did not have reservations, walked frantically all around the restaurant, yet the restaurant was completely empty, and practically empty the entire time we were there. He checked with another guy They sat us in far back as possible and hid us from everyone. The service was awful except for this one new employee. We kept having to wait long intervals to be served. The cod dip was delicious, bread and red pepper dip was good. Our entrées were very salty, we got both the marinated chicken and Cornish hen. Chicken was cooked to perfection, veggie portions were pathetic, a single piece of broccoli , a small slice of pepper and 1/4 of a shaved carrot. The chicken was salty and bitter. Did not taste marinated for me. We didn’t even bother getting dessert at this point, it took 20 minutes to get our bill and pay for our food. We felt ignored the entire time. They also were not willing to split the bill between 2 people which is so odd in this day and age. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$80–90"

"It 's a nice, though not very fancy place. I wouldn 't say that it 's crème de la crème of the French cuisine in Greater Toronto area, but the food is tasty, service is excellent and you get great deals. Every week they change list of about...8 prix fixe : each contain soup or salad, then main course meat or fish, then coffee/tea and a desert. The prix fixe are in $22 30 range, which is absolutely amazing. Usually they have more than a dozen of desert to choose from (we used them as a bakery for about 2 years before we dined for the first time). They have a regular menu, where I would like to emphasize your attention on escargots (a dozen for $7). My only complain is about a coffee. But you could order espresso or latte for a few bucks extra, or get a tea."

"At the beginning I like this place. We ordered pizza, shawarma and the famous ice cream but there was a very bad issue when I ask for a cup of just hot water and the owner charge me $2.10 just for hot water, I’m very disappointed they lost a good costumer with this miserable detail.Food: 3/5"

"Started with the spring rolls and chicken satay which were similar to like fare restaurants. Ordered the roti and curry chicken along with the pad thai and side of rice with jasmine tea to drink. The pad thai was the best I've had in a long time. Unlike many big box restaurant, it was perfectly cooked and seasoned, good portion for family style eating. The roti was very good along with the chicken curry, carrot, and potatoes. You may wish to order a side of rice or more yummy roti to go with the portion. Smaller, nice, bright modern restaurant."
