"Waiter was non attentive to our table. We had a waiter who covered everything to include a birthday. He left do to change of shift. Then the problems began. New waiter service was terrible. Also they played rap music and other non dining music to LOUD. Will never go to that location in McAllen TX again. Ruin a birthday."

"4 meals purchased. Fried shrimp was chewy. Meatloaf dinner was enjoyed. One of the roast beef meals was fatty but flavorful. Carrots were delicious. Very noisy and difficult to have conversations. I always love the shopping area."

"The bread and blackberry tea is the only reason I still come back here. The food is passable. Steaks that are tough and almost have a flavorless quality, I asked for medium well and got a steak that seemed like it was boiled. Yet somehow managed to be dry lol. They need to do something about the quality of the staple products they sell. It's a steakhouse after all."

"Here is awesome! great food wonderful and helpful wait staff! atmosphere is harmful. service is not ch! this place and the people here know what they do and do it perfectly! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! if it was around you. I live in continued worth range, can't wait to come back to south texas to visit them again. P.S their prices are very affordable!"

"So the customer service was good but the food BOO! We ordered a roll and substituted tilapia for tuna. The roll came with no tuna. We send it back and the reconstructed our old roll into a new roll with canned tuna. My partner ordered a stir fry type dish and she was given a bowl of soup. Mind you we received an appetizer soup of veggies. Her soup was basically the appetizer soup with noodles and chicken-no veggies. Then when we questioned the staff no one knew what we were talking about. They had to talk to someone in the back. As they took back the soup and brought it right back out about 7min later. They presented her soup without broth!!! The exact same thing!!! Then when the server comes to check on us, he plainly states that he thought the plate was wrong but since my gf didn't say anything it had to be right! Quality rejection for sure!!"
