"I need to take some photos next time I cook and prepare this incredible seafood. We bought fresh Uni (pictured) and made sushi. It was unbelievable. Then we pan fried some Grenadier, which we weren't familiar with but everyone there was super knowledgeable and friendly and they told us it was a mild bottom fish. Ridiculously good. We also bought a piece of ling cod, we cooked up that up the following day, a little butter, lemon salt and pepper. So good. Can't wait to go back and see what is in the cold case!"
