Too short and your seafood will be raw. Too long and it'll be rubbery in the case of shrimp or octopus, or chalky and crumbly in the case of fish. Fifteen to 20 minutes is usually about right.Well, this place got it perfect!!!!Also try the fresh juices and soupas - yummy lunchtime favourites.The ambience is bright and inviting. A bit loud for conversation, though the tables are intimately sized.I think the focus here is freshness of fish and seafood - and they nailed it."
