"Pre-booked this restaurant with high expectations. Wrong and should have read the reviews. So turned up at booked time, were seated and then waited to be given menus (the QR code did not work on either of our phones). After a period of time, we...ordered our drinks and selection of starters and main. After odd minutes had to ask for our water and drinks. We then waited a period of time for our starters. Noted during this time there were lots of diners and more waiting to come in. Finished our starters then waited over an hour and watched other tables get theirs before us. We asked one of the waiters to not worry about our main as we had lost our appetite, then all of a sudden our mains appeared, meat and one veg Cold. We complained and requested the bill going to reception to pay. A lovely waitress was apologetic and kept trying to speak with the manager who ensured he was not available. It was very clear that the restaurant is money focused and only interested in getting as many people in and ignore the service, with probably in mind that they continue to get new diners and not troubled by the ones like us who endured a dreadful fine dining' experience. Not one to recommend unless complete management change and restructure. Plenty of other good well serviced restaurants in Port Soller so this one to be given a wide berth"
