"We were there Saturday night. Food was quick, hot and good. The service was excellent. The only reason lower stars on the atmosphere was we could not find which door to enter and the restaurant was very loud. There is nothing to absorb the noise."

"The service at this location was excellent and fast. The waitress Keng was super kind and efficient with taking our order and precise. The food itself was fresh and hot, every single dish was beyond our expectations. I have been to other Swiss Chalets but this one has been the best so far. Thank you!"

"I really enjoyed our in house meal here. It's a bit crowded and loud at dinner but the food is good and fairly priced. Deliver, however, is another story. It was cold, soggy fries and the messed up our order. I will never do delivery from them again."

"My son and I chose this restaurant as it was across the street from the First Ontario Centre (formerly Copps Collesium). We were going to the Harlem Globetrotters game (April 12th). When we arrived at the restaurant it was absolutely quiet with very few people. We entered in the back entrance (where there is a big sign that says entrance) and no one greeted us. We went to the front of the restaurant and no one greeted us. We shouted hello a few times and this waitress rudely says back "I heard you". Normally we would have just walked out of the restaurant with the tone we received but there are not many family restaurants in this area that are close by the venue we were attending. Time had passed and we were eventually seated. The restaurant again was empty and the service was slow. When I asked "Do you have any beer on tap?" The waitress said "We have no beer no tap but we have bottle beer" Every Swiss Chalet Restaurant I have been to has beer on tap but I took the bottle beer. Then was told there was no lime for the Corona beer but I say okay. Unfortunately, when our drinks arrived at the table the glass I received was FILTHY with stuff in it! I showed the waitress and she did apologize for the glass but when she brought me another glass back she said the following "I just rinsed this glass out for you" not even a new glass she just rinsed it out!My son and I at this point were extremely uncomfortable in the restaurant but again after ordering our food the wait for our food was so SLOW. My son said to me "I am hungry" and another waitress overheard and brought him a bun to eat which was nice. The food did arrive and was okay but we were so uncomfortable at this point so we ate quickly and left. Overall, other Swiss Chalet restaurants we have been to are generally good family restaurants but not at this location!"
