"The outside appearance isn’t great and the inside decor certainly is .... er eclectic bordering on bland. Three courses are mandatory. My partner chose the salmon, quenelle of scallops, and the pannacotta and was delighted. I had the langoustines, the pork and the profiteroles. The langoustines were really mushy with a huge salad and weren’t great. The main courses were outstanding. The quenelle of scallops in a bisque was delicious. The pork also succulent and extremely tasty. The service was bizarre. Keep the knife and fork for entree and mains. No spoon for the bisque. Every course was served to the wrong person. Serve yourself wine. Having said that for 30 E it was overall delicious and great value and we would return."

"Came here on recommendation the landwife in the hotel where I was as it was pouring with rain and I did not want to go to the city where I usually eat. it was really a pleasant “light feeling” place. I ordered what. I meant to be her special. it consists of 3 whole kidneys, lardons, excellent geese leber pate, kiefernüsse and a bit salat, wonderful! for the porn I had escaped with raves, swarms, papagei, red cabbage, flower cabbage and brokkoli, but no carrots or carrots (other and a large rich wine sauce. beautiful bottle wein! this place does not try to be old-fashioned, it simply never modernized! be aware that as a traditional restaurant one of its home specialties is cheval (horse meat not every cup tee. a great place to come if they want to be adventurous, but do not lose weight."

"The vast majority of the dishes are either "homemade" and unfortunately it is necessary to find that it is not, but then not at all-. meurette eggs not even warm enough, accompanied by herta- nervous meat bacon with small peas directly out of the canister- even the dessert even had true chocolate as an acid wine coulis for 28€. without being honestly bad it is clearly very disappointing"

"After a ridiculous hot day in Auxerre with painting and polishing the boat, the o ly thing we could think of for dinner was pizza. This place was right next to where we moored the boat. And it was the best pizza we could have ever wished for."
