"We took a vegetarian salad. Very little garnished... Many salads compared to the rest (2-3 quarter dried tomatoes, 2 zucchini slices, some tomato slices ... Few mushrooms and even less vinaigrette) The service a little long but very kind. The waiter allows a colleague to eat his salad to buy elsewhere. It's a note of encouragement because the frame is really nice and I'm sure that after a few settings will be great!"

"First of all, a really good value/price ratio. success helping, there are 2 services in the evening but the service quite efficient allows to enjoy dinner. the place is pleasant and rather warm, in a quiet street. slate menu that needs to change regularly. everything is of course homemade, including foie gras. dishes worked, cooking fish and perfect meat, and it is finally quite often the case. only 2 people in the open kitchen, so you need to be quick, accurate and effective, which is clearly the case. a table not to be missed during a stay in Nantes, and again, a value for money rarely encountered."

"Came here on a Friday evening with a reservation on The Fork. Place was quiet and the ambiance was lovely. Service was prompt and polite.The starters were beautifully presented but we found the salmon ceviche a little lacking in flavour, whereas the crab a little too salty. Loved how the bread was served warm too.We really enjoyed the quality of the food, but what really stood out was the creativity of the combination of flavours. Eating out of little "cocottes" can sometimes feel very canteen-style, as it is not easy to win on the presentation side, but the richness of the flavours is what counts.My partner took the pork and clams with potatoes, while I chose the fish with mushrooms and einkorn. Both were marvellous, especially the pork, which we suspect had some alcohol in the broth.It was all around a great meal."
