"If you should visit a restaurant in Norfolk, it is Saint Germain Downtown. The whole culinary experience was nothing I ever had. From entering the premise that would nail a vampire or club for me (always a restaurant with thoughtful interiors loved), to the innovative dishes the word 'experienced' appears in my head and the waiter who tended to serve us patiently over all elements on the plates/table. We received a sample of a bite-size crab on the house that we 're supposed to eat in a mouthful before we placed Torchon of Foie-Gras in a cotton band! For the main, we had crispy pig bell and Salmagundi, a chef selected from 5 Salumi and 5 sausages. We finished with a Pistachios-Limonz dessert and received what I can only imagine as an interpretation of an icey or Nordic landscape, with its 'ice mountains' and 'green moss'. Once again we received a sampler of a trio on a plate dessert (cookie, cake, chocolate nut). Unfortunately, I cannot repeat exactly all the ingredients that were on our dishes. Let's just call it a magic that's blown up here and there."

"Ordered chicken alfredo and cheese fries. Didn't expect nacho cheese that was thinned with water on top of my fries. The chicken alfredo was loaded with chicken, but the actual sauce wasn't creamy at all. The side salad had soggy croutons on it and the bread that came with my pasta was sprinkled with parsley and oregano, then grilled (burnt). I wont be coming here again."

"My hubby I visited for the first time today will be returning soon. The bar staff were friendly helpful. Morgan was especially awesome as she spotted my reaction to tasting my hubbys ' spicy wings (which he was thoroughly enjoying) but was too hot for me immediately recommended alternatives brought dips for me to try. I so enjoyed my boneless wings waffle cut fries. The double IPA on draft was good the atmosphere was indeed relaxing. What a gem to find on Colley amongst so many bars, many we had already tried. See you again soon. Totally recommend this small but 'great quality ' bar x"

"Very quiet atmosphere. The beer was really good at Hahn. The food was delicious! I had the chicken sluice with mushrooms. Her sauce made the court. It tasted everything fresh and authentic. As if they actually picked up the chicken in their backyard bbq and mushrooms to freeze them. I wouldn't have a question."

"Great food and amazing wine! We love coming by for a glass of wine and a bite to eat. Burger is great and the “cheap date” is a fun quick bite. The space is small so it can be difficult to get a table with a large group. Would definitely recommend calling ahead for a reservation to avoid a long wait. Parking: Small free lot adjacent to the building. If full, parking is available on the street in the surrounding area. Kid-friendliness: I have seen children here before but I wouldn’t label this as a kid friendly restaurant. Many seats are at a bar and the atmosphere gives more “date night” than family fun. Wheelchair accessibility: I’m not sure if there is a lift but there is a large flight of stairs into the building. I would call ahead to confirm accessibility. "It is literally the best rendition of chicken iv had in my 6 years vegetarian and coming up on 5 vegan, i highly recommend it... the chili fries on the other hand, not so much but i don't usually like chili anyway so maybe it would be delicious to someone else :"
