"Update: They have a phone number that works again — — — Let's start with why this IS five stars it's hands down the best pizza in the area. Seriously. It's like bowling alley pizza (if you know you know , sooo good. I will never ever ever turn it down (literally I have made dinner and thrown it into the fridge so I could have this pizza instead . Now let's talk about why it doesn't actually deserve five stars: The business model is insanely outdated. I get it, it's family owned and tiny, but it's the most inconvenient place to get pizza ever. Cash and pickup ONLY. No online ordering. And their phone number doesn't work! (They even said they aren't going to fix it. So you literally have to go there, order, wait, and pay cash to pickup. Plus you can't order extra toppings or sides. It's literally the menu or bust. Honestly it's amazing they're in business still. Maybe it's strategic to close up shop someday, or to prevent becoming too busy, but this place is still popping despite all the hurdles! Needless to say, it's where I send my partner whenever he loses a pizza bet, because I'm not jumping through all those hoops haha"

"My son, who is a picky eater, loves this place. Every time we go, we get great food, great service and great margaritas. My only contempt was to see people in the bar where we were sitting. It filled the room with an evil vanilla fragrance that made me an asthmatic attack, and I had to leave the room to get fresh air and even my inhaler was not suitable for it. We weren't back. I'm ready to give him another try for my son. We are back today, 12-28-2017 the place is dead, mine, and the wings of my husband are burned. And the pomegranate margarita is just syrup. Terrible."

"Absolutely one of the gems of the area. Great food, decent price, AND AMAZING STAFF!!! Perfect view for a date night by the windows. Ok selection of beers from the bar (a few local craft favorites). Wine and cocktails are great. Summer outdoor seating. Even Kid menu for those with little ones."

"Originally I wanted Jade Garden, but found out they were closed on Sundays. I thought I'd try Beijing and make a pick-up job. I went in and ordered the staff was very friendly, and they had the food ready in 10 minutes. Everything was fresh and delicious, but it was a little pricer compared to some other places. I definitely go back. *Note: If you place an order via their own actual website, their prices are higher than if you simply go and order, so I have 4 instead if 5 stars."

"I'm here from Texas and this has been my home for over 3 months. The best food and service in the city. Hannah, one of the waitresses is Bar none of the brightest and friendly people you will ever meet. ALL the waiting staff are the kindest you will meet, I just don't know all their names, and the owner is hands on from hostess to waiting and bussing tables. I miss my weekend meals here back to Texas. I wil recommend Meli to anyone who goes or goes through Michigan!"
