"Well this place use to be good but it has been over a year since we been here. First the place needs a good cleaning. Second the home fries tasted like boiled potatoes cut up. No flavor and we’re not crispy. The coffee was black water… very weak. The only option for sweetener was sweet and low. not good for you) Should get with the times and have Splenda or Stevia. In addition, you need more servers . Oh and the cook had no cloves or no hair net."

"Overpriced, & extremely slow service. The Veggie rainbow poutine was a soggy mess. The various sauces available at the back were either empty or very hard to dispense. I had looked so forward to this franchise opening in Ajax but one visit was enough to convince me to not bother coming back.When you pay $11+ for an order of so-called speciality poutine, you rather expect it to be, well, SPECIAL. Maybe they need to have less specialities & concentrate on making them good.Sorry Smoke, you're all sizzle no sausage."

"Amazing frits and poutins. The portion size is large. the taste is simply delicious.. highly recommend this place. make sure you have cash though. The owner is super nice, she takes care of her food and how it tastes to the customer.. I definitely go back."

"We had a crooked Greek with chicken, which was good, an original Philly cheesesteak and Big EZ. You can customize with lots of fresh toppings and sauces. We all ordered regular Poutine and it was disappointing that the cheese curds are only sprinkled on top of the box in which the Poutine is served. Three sandwiches (of varying sizes), three Poutines (of varying sizes) and three drinks, $50.90."
