"Ordered a sub they forgot bacon and I went home and there was no bacon I called they said to come back to make it right. I couldn’t go back and she said that’s fine I will put you on a list so they can make it right next time you come in. I come in next time and they said my name and number isn’t on the list. Manager says they can’t do anything about it. Horrible customer service and don’t care about the customer at all to make things right."

"The food was amazing. We took my son there for his birthday and he had a fun time. The food got there fast as well. My husband and I enjoyed our vanilla milkshakes. I just wish they came in the classic glass cups instead of the to go cups, but I understand with covid a lot has changed. I would have given 5 stars if they would have played oldies classics or the beach boys instead of 80's music."

"This is a great place to eat! Your burgers and pommes are the best in Long Beach. I live in Bixby Knolls 90807 and drive to downtown LB to get my ordinary double-Turkeyburger with everything. The ride is a little way, but definitely worth it. Becky and Alex of the manager are so pleasant and always welcomes people with respect and courtesy. If there is ever a problem with your order (which was only once) they have politely apologised and corrected the order. I was a regular customer for over 4 years and last about twice a month. The restaurant area inside and outside is always well maintained and clean. It is hard to find a good place that has great food that is always freshly cooked and super tastes. I have sent many friends and employees to this place and they were all satisfied with the food. I also went there several times and ordered up to 5 Burger Friesorders at once for my close friends and I am satisfied with the service. I appreciate the kindness of Becky and Alex."

"This was a year anniversary and I put that in the booking but it was a nonevent when I got there the that service was good though we had the brussels sprouts and the big brie as an appetizer and that was fantastic we hot I had the c'est la vie and she had whatever the passion fruit drink was with whiskey those were both terrific downstairs when we went upstairs they were horrible like we didn't even want to drink them which was kind of a problem when we're getting them straight from the bar the main courses she got the prosciutto pizza but the vegetarian version and it was tasty I got the chicken sandwich and was definitely underwhelmed We were told we were going to be escorted upstairs for some reason but that didn't happen either so the night started out great and ended up meh"

"Pizza was delicious and prices were reasonable. Plenty of parking all around, bring your own straw and lids as according to one of the cashiers the owner doesn’t believe in them, you will be drinking your drink on an open cup at full price."

"I met friends here a few times. Cool little neighborhood pub to watch sports, drink beer and eat a bite. What I wanted to do tonight. I came in solo and sat at a table. I was ignored by the two bartenders who spoke to the 3 guests at the bar above. When I sat at a table waiting for order or even accepted, 3 more people went to a warm welcome from the bartenders, beer and tabs closed. While I'm still waiting there, another guy went in to another warm welcome from the bartender, gave her some food and left. I finally decided to go to the bar side and ask the same bartender if I can order a beer. I went after she ignored my question while she poured cocktail sauce on her oysters. As I said, the place could be cool if you're in the crowd. If you're not, the staff is unwilling. I guess the only reason my friends are like this is that the bartenders give house every time we were."
