"I've ordered from this establishment several times and I've always been satisfied however tonight is a totally different story. I ordered a cheesesteak sub, bacon cheese frys and mini tacos. The food was delivered in a timely manner but they didn't give me anything for the frys or tacos. No salsa or sour cream. I called bobby ds and needless to say it got me no where so i figured oh well. I go to eat my food and the mini tacos were burnt to the point that it hurt my teeth trying to eat them. I tried to eat the frys but when i went to pick one up, the whole glob came up. They were soggy and nasty. I called back out to bobby ds and a man answered the phone. I told him the reason for my call and he immediately got an attitude and told me not to order again if i don't like the food. I tried to explain to him that I've been ordering from them for a while and I've never had an issue but he didn't want to hear it. He told me that the food was cooked properly and he's not willing to do anything to make it right. As far as I'm concerned bobby ds needs a lesson in customer service and the guy i talked to the 2nd time really needs to check his attitude."

"I love this place. Relaxed atmosphere, cold beer, awesome food! Their cheese steak hoagies are the best, you have to try the appetizer, shrimp stuffed with authentic crab (found a shell) covered with cheese and drizzled with imperial sauce. .. baked in a crock for less than $6. Prices are lower than most on food."

"It was a terrible experience. The waiting staff barely did their job and they seemed irritated, even to do something as easy as a beverage refill. My wife and I were charged for the unlimited pizza bar and salad bar, but we only got a pizza and maybe a salad, everyone causing the salad bar to run out of salad and never again from the time we left. We were very dissatisfied with all the experience and will never return as we were severely demolished."

"I was concerned about the uneven reviews of this place, but decided to give it a shot anyway. I am really glad I did, because the food was excellent! The bruchetta was perfectly toasted bread with freshly chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic and basil and they brought a side of balsamic vinegarette that took the dish over the top yummy. Since I was by myself, I got to order a pizza just the way I wanted it: sausage, garlic and anchovies! The fresh sliced garlic was plentiful and the pizza was delicious. I will definitely visit this place again when in Waynesboro! Grazie!"
