"Leaving this review because I had a terrible customer service experience. We got there and it was pretty full, but most tables already had their food and drinks. We ordered and got it to go since there were no spots then sat at the bar. We waited for our food(2 burritos) for over 40 minutes. I saw other people order food after me and leave with theirs before I got mine. The staff even started rolling silverware right in front of me at the bar at eye level even though there was a huge amount of space on the bar not in front of a customer. There was no communication from staff about updates about the wait time. Even after getting our food there was no thank you, no sorry for the wait, they literally said nothing. The food was really good, but if you’re charging that much for food the least I ask for is staff to be nice and courteous, I didn’t feel comfortable or welcome at all."

"Guy behind the counter literally ignored me when I tried to place an order. He was engrossed in his phone looking at videos. Dunno what his deal was, but to not acknowledge me when I was standing right in front of him and even tried getting his attention is incredibly rude."
