"Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights before my tour started. I ate in the Carriage Room twice and noticed a few local's eating here..... always a good sign. I had lunch once and breakfast. For lunch I had the beef burger and I did find the paddy a bit dry and could've used some spices. The thing I wasn't impressed with was my server. She seemed to almost find it a chore to serve me. At the end when I asked to pay and requested to pay by credit card she told me to pay on my way out. I had watched her take the machine to other people sitting at their table. Another server came with the machine so I was able to pay. I also wasn't told about the special's but rather heard there even were some by hearing another server recite them. Breakfast on the other hand was good and my server (a different one) was very attentive and helpful. I'm glad I didn't have another meal there. The room itself is very charming and the murals are very well done."

"This was our first time there, and we will return. Everything was great... cooked perfectly. I had the fixed price meal .... warm mushroom bacon salad, rib eye steak with peppercorn sauce, fries crisp vegetables and bread pudding for dessert. My wife had...salmon with maple glaze that she thoroughly enjoyed. The service was good. They allowed us to have a leisurely meal which we were after. The atmosphere was quiet and candle lit."

"I always go to Tim Hortons mainly because of the close location from work.I always go to drive through,not because its fast but rather because there's nowhere to park.I always buy Dcaff,double double,but you rarely get what you order.Its like a supprise pack you don't...know what you get until you open it.Take my advise check your order before you leave."
