"We spend a lot of our time between Greece and Switzerland so discovering this treasure of a restaurant in Einsiedeln was amazing. Food is beyond excellent and you feel like you are some little island, with Mama cooking in the kitchen. Highly recommend this restaurant to all! Lovely owners, great service, and lovely atmosphere. A wonderful way to spend an afternoon."

"This restaurant was awesome! Every dish we ordered was delicious- the roast chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, but tender on the inside, and the buttery sauce that came with it came from heaven. Even though this restaurant is known for its chicken, the fried fish was also outstanding. Dieser Restaurant ist so schön! Es hat guter Hühne, und Fische und alles. Wir haben es geliebt. (This Restaurant is so nice! It has good chicken, fish, and everything. We loved it."

"We were here as a work event that showed the cheese production process and the production of cheese itself. we were greeted by a friendly lady who explained what they are doing here. then we made ourselves cheese. 80 liter milk made 16x 1/2 kilo. we had to take part in the process that touches the bloody milk in old: . the female cheesemaker was very good in keeping us involved, answered all our asking and good. We hope to get the cheese in two weeks time, and I can not wait the on-site shop offers great local products. we did not eat here as we had another place, but the restaurant was very busy and the eating looked great."

"Crowded with locals, this restaurant had a very good atmosphere and seems a very popular choice. The food was very good and service prompt and very friendly. We had chicken in the basket, which was deliciously crunchy, but everything that appeared looked very nice."
