"Always love this place as a regular. Just booked dinner for four in a couple of weeks and I'm looking forward to it! Prices are reasonable enough, and the Pigeon House Breakfast Muffin and burger are two of my favourite meals *in the world*! >D Lovely atmosphere, lovely staff, really great food."

"Really good, authentic crepes with many hearty and sweet options to choose from. great place to lunch after a long walk along the stunning coast of bray/ greystones. service can be a little slow, so don't get too hungry! we tried the vegetarian and the Provençale hearty galette. both were very good! "What an awful experience, mainly down to the very rude waitress. This was my 3rd time visiting this restaurant and it will be my last. I took my elderly Mother there for breakfast, she wanted this occasion to be her treat. She doesn 't have a huge appetite so simply wanted 2 sausages and a slice of tomato with toast. The waitress huffed and puffed and rudely said 'We don 't do orders like this, you order the whole breakfast or nothing. When I tried to explain that neither I or my mother felt like the whole mini breakfast (which included egg and bacon) she rudely said 'Well I see what the kitchen says, but they don 't like it '! We expected us to come back with an answer from the kitchen, but 10 minutes later she returned and practically threw the food at us, literally SLAMMED the plates down, and said nothing, but when we looked she had brought us what we asked for. The food was greasy and bland. When we went to pay we were shocked that we paid almost the same price as the full price of the mini breakfast but with none of the trimmings, my poor Mum felt ripped off!! The waitress should have come back to us and let us know at least! We paid the bill with an Asian lady who was very nice and friendly, but our whole experience was ruined by this other waitress. As I said at the start this was my 3rd time in this restaurant and I had experienced this same waitress disrespect and be rude to other customers, but never to me.I don 't understand why she works there, she seems to hate her job, and just seems constantly angry.Not at all a pleasant environment for a dining experience"

"We have been several times to Daata in Greystones for both eat in and take out food and it is always superb. We had a celebration which we were hosting at home and we asked the team to do the catering and the service and food was excellent. The restaurant provided us with the food in catering containers with a stand where we could keep the food warm. Everyone was impressed by the quality of the food and the portion sizes were generous. Many thanks to the team in Daata Greystones for helping to make the event special."
