I felt like treating myself to a nice pizza and as Enso had come first for pizza in Greystones decided to give them a try. I ordered a Margarita 3 simple ingredients Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil in the red white and green colours of Italy. However, my pizza was completely without Basil.
