"I walked up to the counter I see a lady sitting on a stool towards the back, and she made eye contact with me not once, but twice! I waved at her to get her attention after she looks at me a third time and she didn?t even bother to move or ask if Icould be helped. She seemed like she was being lazy or maybe didn?t want to be bothered with me at all. She acted perturbed asif I had interrupted whatever she was doing on her phone. But she couldn?t stop doing whatever long enough to pay attention to acustomer and for that reason, I?m very disappointed in how I got treated. She just had a very poor attitude, and didn?t eventreat me with any kind of courtesy or respect."

"I'm sorry, but that's not a good guest house. The whole hotel smells disgusting like cigarettes, so I think it's customary to smoke inside. I saw the recepcionist smoking in the morning at the hotel, so even though “no smokers” Signs, hotel staff is the first to disregard. The pillow is also anything but a pillow. And there is no soap or anything in the shower. I'm sorry again, but guesthouse has to improve some points."

First impression: positive. All are friendly and polite and understand the German language (which is not always given). I wonder if you notice a difference in taste with the Simmental Rind/Schweine/Tierrest Burger. If they like good burgers with Rösti, they love him the right answer of the lady behind the checkout, she is well placed. My wife takes the McChicken menu with ColaLight (with ice cream, my father-in-law 2 Hamburger (must save, he just bought an Astra for 30,000 euros): I also get my Cola without ice, my wife's Cola Light with ice cream. Less professional my Pommes or my Curly Fries. According to advertising, rabbit must be wonderfully freshly fried spicy crispy Curly Fries. But these were neither freshly fried nor warm. Why do the services behind the counter always try to turn the customer (and repeatedly old, muddy pommes or Curly Fries? It's a big minus. The bag went back, after 3 minutes, freshly fried, really hot and good spicy Curly Fries came to my place. Why not? The Big Rösti is tasteful (all in an anger compared to the normal one-seat burgers, unfortunately you don't see any meat grams on McDonalds or on the homepage, even the service personnel don't know how much meat is on the burger. I tried the beef once. On a fry (cooked can crispy, crispy bacon and (satisfied a lush bungalow). Above the bread rolls between milky and finished baked, the lower half well baked, but overall everything tasted very well. But the cheese sauce that is so hydrated in advertising, I don't make a simple Mayo for me. Therefore also a 2.5 in total impression. Wouldn't be the excessive price. The menu for 8 Euro (7,90 is really heavy, converted 15 Mark for a medium-sized burger, plus the Fries and ne Cola, so it is definitely not. The burgers of my father-in-law did not deserve the name Burger, who had a height of 1.5 2 cm (have nothing to do with Burger). The McChicken was delicious. For the first hunger it was enough, but on the way home my stomach has already risen again (at speed 230 on the easy-to-earth road; Conclusion: Do you recognize a difference between the actual Big Rösti shown in advertising and the real?? Should not every customer automatically get 10 Euro pain?"

"We'll come by spontaneously every year. The service and reception are always friendly and fleeting. The menu offers a lot of choice. Outside the tables have already come in the years. Here would be renewal or simply tablecloths good. The food is good. No culinary woah, but solid. Yesterday the green salad was a little brown.
